Beware! Josh from Evergreenvanlines is a liar. Two days before the move Josh (QA) called me and readjusted Cubic feet from 816 to 1138 stating the price will be revised per my usage. I used 800 cubic feet and sent the pictures. But, here goes the sad saga. Price never changed and horrible experience since. Several calls and emails with customer service. They behaved well on the phone as if they are discussing internally, but no actions at all. EV is a broker who contracted the move to best price moving. I ended up paying the full hefty price as Best price moving would not release the stuff if I don’t pay the invoice. In addition, they ripped my leather sofa set. It’s pretty useless to me. Possibly Federal Trade Commission is the only way out to help many victims like me from these fraudulent businesses.

I’m writing this review from my new house. I was always complaining that the moving companies were the worst things about having to relocate. But during my last move I took the help of Evergreen Van Lines. I was in safe hands and they didn’t give any chance to complain. They maintained their timings and were just so efficient. . No detail was less important to them. No piece of furniture received less attention. I was very impressed with the movers throughout this moving process and finally found a moving company that is honest and capable.

I saw this company’s review on several websites and decided to place an inquiry. Within moments, I got a call back. I spoke with their manager and he walked me through the process. I was rushed because my company was relocating me for a better position but they needed me there in three weeks. He took all the stress away from the inventory process. I was thankful to learn they could do it all over the phone. I didn’t have to have someone come out to inspect my home. They provided me with a pick up window and delivery and while it would have been ideal to have it delivered earlier, I understood it was part of the process. They saved me a ton of money. My items arrived undamaged. I would highly recommend this company.

Evergreen Van Lines is definitely one of the best moving companies in America at the moment. They are one of the mostly hired moving companies and that’s why they are always booked throughout the week, but mostly weekends. Unfortunately I was moving during an end of the month weekend and they had no slots available. I had to call them several times pleading to them to make a slot available for me. They finally were able to book me an available slot and their quote was as low as I expected. Naturally, everything went very smoothly. They delivered my goods without damaging a single item. Given the amount I paid for this move, it was way low than any other quotes I got in the past. I strongly advise you to hire these guys.

This was my first time using a moving company for moving my family from one state to another. The initial contact with setup was absolutely amazing. They explained the entire process, provided me with options and even offered to handle the packing - lifesavers! They helped to quickly move my entire household from Texas to Maryland! I could not believe how professional and quick they were. All items were delivered to my new home in pristine condition! Not to mention the price was very reasonable. Evergreen Van Lines was very helpful in my family's transition from Texas to Maryland! I highly recommend them.

Evergreen Van Lines was literally a lifesaver for us. Me and my husband made a terrible decision and had our move reserved with another moving company. I won't say their name here I already left my reviews for them, but they gave us a 3 day "pick up window" and just never showed up and still won't give me my money back. Anyway, I called Evergreen Van Lines back the day before I absolutely needed to move out. Ther actually were able to get me picked up the same day thank God. Adam from Evergreen Van Lines was super super helpful with everything up until the day we got our things delivered.

My family & I just moved about 1,800 miles for our first big move. So naturally, we weren't sure whether or not we should try this ourselves or book with a company. We went over all the scenarios and finally came to the conclusion that we would go with a company. So, we spoke with multiple companies that had huge price differences. We spoke with Evergreen Van Lines for a couple weeks comparing quotes and inventory. Adam is one of the managers and the way he slowly went over very precise details was just what my wife and I needed. I was asked every time we spoke if there was anything he could do to make this time easier on us, and, thanks to Adam, there wasn't. Eventually, after a couple weeks of comparing we decided to go with him. Another man named Jordan called around a week before the move making sure every single detail was perfect for us. The move went perfect. We are so happy we chose Evergreen Van Lines and if we ever have to go anywhere again, I can promise you that Evergreen Van Lines will be our first and only choice. Adam even called me the day of and the day after the move to make sure everything ran smoothly. They also gave me 10% off of our moves from our future moves and also our relatives moves. Again, we have to say this one last time, Thank you so much Adam Jordan & the entire Evergreen Van Lines crew for all of your help! We will definitely be recommending you to everyone we know!

My experience with Evergreen Van Lines was absolutely amazing! As an accountant, I pride myself in accuracy and efficiency of data. As movers its proven that evergreen is the best. I had an in state move but my car needed to be transported. I was much more worried about my vehicle, which they noted and offered the best solution. Dan was happy to accommodate. The communication between the team and I was effortless. TO be honest that was the most important point for me because I’ve been in positions with movers where I’ve felt taken advantage because of what they were offering and, in this case, I felt the complete opposite.

I would recommend to any and every one this business for their future move. whether it’s in state, out of state, but more importantly a vehicle that may need transporting. All in all, my cars’ in the driveway, my items were picked up and delivered same day with out damages! And we shared a Pizza after, I think it was well worth the investment.

I used Evergreen Van Lines to remove all of the junk and debris from our yard. We are moving out of the country soon and needed help. This was my brothers old house and there was a lot of junk in the yard that would have been impossible to clean on our own. Also, we took down the fence in the back and the yard has not been maintained in quite some time. Evergreen Van Lines did a fantastic job. They also moved our items that we are not taking with us to a storage unit near the coast. Everything went well with the move. We have recommended them and wanted to commend them via reviews on their work.

We decided to choose Evergreen Van Lines to take care of moving our family. It was an all around great experience from start to finish. From the initial phone call Dave walked us through everything we would be taking. He paid attention to all details. They were definitely not even close to the cheapest company but David and the rest of the team especially Jordan and Dan from Evergreen Van Lines made us feel super comfortable. The movers they had perform the job were awesome. When they delivered to our new home everything was in the same condition as it left in. All around great service thank you Evergreen Van Lines.

I used this company to move houses recently and I can say I am very pleased with the service they provided me. The communication was fast and detailed. All of the questions I had were answered. Pricing was fair and well worth my money. Everyone who was involved was very pleasant to work with and hard working. The company was on time and very fast. All of the items I had moved by this company were in perfect shape, nothing was damaged whatsoever. I would recommend this business, they are very professional and get the job done just fine!

These guys were able to help with my interstate move from FL to Texas in such a fast turnaround time, that I had to leave a review. Not only super friendly to my wife and me, but also professional in accommodating our many transition requests. I needed a moving service within a state and I already heard about Evergreen Van Lines from my friend so I called them. They have great customer service, they answered all my questions and gave me all necessary details and they were soon available, the next day. They arrived prompt on time, they were very professional and moved all things easily and quicker than I expected. The price was like we agreed before so no complaints from me. I found Evergreen Van Lines when my friend mentioned that they had helped him move from Seattle, WA to Fort Lauderdale last year. He said the experience was awesome and went off without a hitch. This past month I had the unfortunate experience of having to move across state lines after losing my job to COVID-19. I was lucky enough to find a job here in Miami but had to make the long trek from Spokane, WA to the sunshine state.

Evergreen Van Lines made the tedious move as easy as could be. The crew showed up at the scheduled time and was very courteous the entire time. It was a delight seeing them effortlessly handle some of the bigger stuff like my heirloom armoire that's been in my family for ages and my insanely heavy tv that I dread moving just around the house. Everything was wrapped with care and attention to detail before being carefully placed inside the container.

Fast forward to two weeks later and Evergreen Van Lines is gently unloading all of my furniture as I am slowly acclimating to my new home. The guys were so patient with me and my wife as we painstakingly decided how we wanted to have each room arranged. Despite this, they were patient and didn’t seem to mind us deliberating.

I would definitely recommend Evergreen Van Lines and thank everyone that made my cross country trip a success!

Evergreen Van Lines was the absolute best choice for our move. In the weeks leading up to our move, I was stressed, but after I called Evergreen Van Lines, they put all my worries at ease. They took an estimate over the phone, which was great! The day before the move, I was called by the company to confirm the movers. When the movers showed up they were extremely professional and got straight to work! They worked tirelessly for the next 6 hours to get all of our furniture and boxes into our new apartment quickly and in perfect condition. I could not give this company higher praise! I was very happy with the move Evergreen Van Lines did for me. The first thing you may want to know is that four other companies didn't want the job I was offering, to move a piano. Evergreen Van Lines was willing to do this job. Their price was very fair. They worked around my schedule. They easily handled a change in the job -and priced that fairly too. These men worked together very well. When the time comes to move from my home (I'm hoping to upgrade in the next year or two) I will call Evergreen Van Lines. I'd recommend them.

We hired Evergreen to move our family, it was a disaster, please don't waste your time with this company.

They operate as a broker, so in most cases, THEY actually will not be the company that actually moves you. here is what you should expect.

1. They are a typical sales organization, meaning they say anything to get your business. Charles Ryan our sales rep promised a lot of things including timely responses to our phone calls and emails....none of which happened. He was late or did not follow up on our communications and once they got our deposit, he was even harder to get ahold of. Once the move was complete and we communicated we were not happy, he never responded, typical sales weasel, once they get the sale, they are gone. Grade D.

2. Michael in quality control- this is the guy who is their supposed "closer " he will call you after the sales quote is given to you, then he will systematically raise your price with typical kindergarten responses. Grade D.

3. Sebastian Myers- reservation manager- the one bright spot in this miserable organization- he did what he said he would do and communicated with us like a professional, unlike the others. Grade B

4. Victoria Blanca- customer no service- she promised a lot, delivered NOTHING, communication skills, poor. A complete waste of time, run don't walk if you have to deal with her. Grade F

5. Owner Bill Brown- I asked to speak with him 3 x's, he never returned our calls. We researched him, he seems like an industry retread, old school, meaning once he got your money, you are someone else's problem. In the modern days of owners, owning the business all of the way through, Bill Brown is failing, and I am afraid he is afraid to get involved because he is not sure how to handle clients in the modern economy. Grade D

Don't use these clowns, call a moving company direct, not a broker. It may be more expensive, but you will be happier than dealing with the poor communication, ever-changing answers, delayed move dates, upselling that Bill Brown's company will give you. Over grade D minus

I scheduled a last minute move with Evergreen Van Lines. They were quick and helpful when setting everything up for the time and date. Jorge and his team worked faster than I've ever seen a moving team work, were very accommodating and respectful, and the move from start to finish had zero complications. As a result, they took less time than we had anticipated. They also took great care of every single item we had. I will be using this company for all of my future moves, specifically requesting Jorge. I highly recommend anybody to work with Evergreen Van Lines if they are able.
